Was very helpful and easy to communicate with when she saw my mother and I for the first time. We will continue to use her as mom's PCP.

Dr.Zelenak is very kind and listens well.... Her office staff on the other hand is difficult to deal with. They don't allow you to make vaccination appointments only walk ins for this and in our experience is a pain because they will let you get all the way there and then tell you we can't do it due to lack of vaccine or only nurse practitioner is present. Frustrating when you call ahead to clear all of this but then arrive and wait and then staff turns you away. They need to make sure everyone is on the same page as far as rules/ office staff.

Dr Zelenak is very nice and easy to talk to. The nurse who drew my blood was really nice too. The lady at the front desk was a little less personable. The only criticism is that they will cancel your appt if you are more than 10 min late. I was 12 minutes late but that was because they changed my original appt time to 1 1/2 hrs earlier and I got caught up at work. They did not cancel my appt but told me on the phone they would if I was going to be more than 10 minutes late.

I find Dr Laura and her staff very professional and very friendly....my visits have always been very positive....have been seeing her for 2 years and have recommended her to many people ...even my daughter and her new baby.

The Dr. is okay. The staff is just so, so. Won't get you in even if you are in a great deal of pain. In other words ...no room for emergencies.

Office empty but 2 hour wait to be seen every single time for the last 2 years we've been going. They only 'call in' scripts, but they dont call till after several reminders over a couple days every single time, over and over again over the years. Never have vaccines in stock, putting our children way behind then they want to do them all at once when they finally have some in. The doctors are nice and friendly and take their time with you, but the office staff, nurses, reception, ect seem very unknowledgable and unprofessional most the time, at times have been outright rude. They cant figure out their own billing, they say there is no co-pay for wellbaby visits, but then charge you for it anyway by mail. Everytime we go they say no co-pay due, then get a bill in the mail saying it was their mistake and there is a co-pay, then when we go back they say no co-pay again. This office seems very unprofessional and not well managed.
