There are a couple of things. First off yes the secretary is EXTREMELY rude and does not belong working somewhere she has to deal with people. I honestly try to not talk to her at all except when I am making my appointment (which now you can do online). Two if you make an appointment do not think you will be right in and out. It goes by a list. So you write your name on the list and they go from that so it doesn't matter what time you show up. The girls are sweet. The doctor is great, he is very smart and knows his stuff. He has been doing this for a VERY long time and I know many people who have gone to him everyone has been happy. The only thing is if another doctor does question what he is doing or his intelligence he can take it a little personal (but this is his career/work, who wouldn't) if you EVER feel like the doctor is nasty to you, it might just be a bad day because he is the sweetest guy ever. His secretary on the other hand no so much.

Dr.Romanides is very nice. But he was rude once I told him that my dentist told me to tell him to check my braces. Staff are extremely rude specially the colombian one. Appointments never on time. He is VERY expensive. FYI He is very good Dr. but there are a lot of good and less expensive orthodontics all around Bergenline Ave.

I agree with previous review...Secretary (the Colombian one) is very rude and unpleasant..and yes...for no reason... she needs to learn better customer service skills. She seems to only be somewhat pleasant to Spanish speaking customers and I must stress...Somewhat pleasant. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable but he is too quick to file down teeth...I don't believe anyone needs help thinning out their teeth just to make them fit/move, as teeth unfortunately deteriorate more than one would like naturally with age.

He is a great doctor, but has some cons to his office. One, his staff especially the secretary is extremely rude, for no reason. Second you have an appointment at one time but, you will wait in the office for minimum an hour.

Dr. Romanides is the best dentist evr. He makes you feel secure and even jokes around to make you forget what your in there for. Excellent staff as well...
