Everything is great with this business except office hours & closings. They will not call patients to let them know they are not going to be open due to weather or anything else. They will not post hours or days at locations and they do tend to change from time to time.
A simple answering machine/voicemail set up to let the customers/patients know not to sign their kids out from school or leave work because the office is closed would be nice. Even a note on the door would be sufficient.
Other than this, the staff and service is excellent.
