I go to Dr. Agail for regular adjustments, but he is one of those chiropractors who sees me as a whole person - we talk about my family, my work, my diet, exercise and how all of it effects my health. He can do food sensitivity testing and hormone balance testing, so I'm following the recommendations from those tests (he uses Standard Process products - very high quality) and he's got me on a detox that's really easy (basically, all I have to do is drink water with the homeopathics in it - so that's really easy to do and I get great results which I won't go into graphically but let's just say I had/have a lot of stuff to eliminate.) I recommend Dr. Gail if you want to get more from your chiro adjustments, if you want a health care provider in the real sense - he's been a godsend to me!
