Very rude staff and very long wait times. The doctor is good but the staff have a "i dont care" attitude

I usually have to wait over 1/2 hour to get in the dr. room. The last time I called to get appt. was told by staff that they were booked all week and givin the impression that they couldn't care less. the staff needs to smile and not sound like they are the ones that are sice.
