The rudest gal ever works the front desk! The waiting room is unbearably loud with a blaring tv. Don't ask to turn it down or the window gal will flip out and tear your two children's appointments for eye exams up. Guess 'doc pat' has enough business to let his staff fight with return customers. That was my last return and I will make sure and let others know.

When I called to find out the price of the examination, I was told it was $89. That is cheaper than the last doctor I used, and in addition, I had used Dr. Patterson years before when I lived in Sherman. When checking out, the staff didn't have me pay anything. They were going to file on my insurance, which allows me $300 for exam and glasses per year. I received a bill for $20 yesterday which stated I owed a copay of $20 because I didn't pay cash and because they had filed on my insurance. That was the first time I heard I had to pay cash in order to get the $89 price. I was charged $146 because they filed on my insurance and because I was a "new" patient. I learned all of this pricing after I received my bill. Very sneaky!
