This Dr spent 40 seconds with me. Did not listen to a word i said, talked over me, tried to rush me out with a popsicle stick for my trigger finger. Told him i had already been wearing a splint. He said we"ll give u an injection, then he ran out of the room. Some man came in, said he was the PA and was going to do the injection. Dr Jerman has absolutely no personality, and didnt give a rat's *** what i had to say or what i needed.

I felt like he didn't listen to the issue and jumped right into a diagnosis. He was going to prescribe an RX but was already on it....obviously he didn't look at the records. I would not recommend him.

I seen Dr. Jerman at a next day follow up for car accident injuries. New symptoms had developed in a different area than I had been seen for in the ER the night before. I described my symptoms to him and he totally ignored my comments and redirected attention to the one I had been seen for in the ER. His staff scheduled an MRI for me but it was 10 days after my initial appt with him. Thanks to his lack of attention to the new symptoms I woke up with that morning, I had to have another ER visit 2 days later because it was then Sunday! 3 hours after getting to the ER and having xrays done on my hip, I was diagnosed as having Sacroiliac joint dysfunction. My experience with Mercy Hospital where I seen him and also went to the ER twice has convinced me to stick with Community Health Network. I never even got a follow up phone call from Dr. Jerman or staff about the results of my MRI and my next appointment after it was January 9th in which staff screwed up and had told me the wrong time. I'm disheartened by their lack of detail and most of all their lack of caring toward patients. Furthermore, I was informed that Dr. Jerman only sees surgery patients at his office in Anderson which is more convenient for my demanding schedule and I refuse to go back to Mercy hospital where I had seen him previously. I've gotten a new orthopedic specialist, unfortunately all of this has delayed my physical therapy...especially where my more serious injury is concerned. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I would have scored him higher on knowledge had he done better with active listening to my complaints of symptoms and thoroughly addressed all of my injuries. His communication skills certainly need improvement!!

i fell and had two broken elbows, dr. jerman and drew apple, p.a. of central indiana orthopedics did a wonderful job repairing and helped me recover with caring and concern. if i need more work done in the future, these are the men i would chose for it.

Very informative physician. He helped find the root of the problem for my knee and am doing much better now.

Dr. Jermain recommended injections into my knees, he had two other pain doctors do the injections. I had a reaction to the medication, my husband had to tell them to take my Blood Pressure and they did not even monitor my condition. I had trouble breathing, but no one seemed to care. Dr. Germain finally came in and said oh you had some trouble and nothing else. I would not recommended this doctor to anyone, if they cannot handle side effects of medications.
