We went for a consultation. The staff didn't acknowledge our arrival, we waited almost an hour in a hot, crowded room. Although I brought new x-rays from the dentist, they wanted to make their own (we hadn't even met the dr. yet) & a salesperson took us to a little room for a lecture & to fill-out/sign contracts. I asked if we were going to see the doctor. She said he was very busy & meets patients the day appliances are applied, but I might be able to meet him briefly if I really must. He was very ARROGANT, DEMEANING, ABRUPT & didn't appreciate any questions about treatment, price variations or asking him to explain/illustrate his plan. He told me not to bother trying to understand the orthodontic process for my child as this was his job & he was the professional who'd done this many times before. He was a JERK and his office was run like a car dealership. Terrible experience.
