Mixed results. The first was visit was fantastic in his patience, listening to my concerns, and relating to me. The second was an hour late and then he was clearly rushed. Reviewing my MRI, he was somewhat defeatest in terms of drafting a plan to remain in the activities I love. I'll be searching for a second opinion and a good PT who is willing to attack the root cases of my degenerating joints.

Dr. Chi performed a revision surgery on my foot and ankle and all I can say is that I'm so elated that I found the right doctor the second time - I SO wish I would have found him before my tragic first surgery. There are many, MANY incompetent podiatrists out there that don't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and start with Dr. Chi. He listened to me and answered every question and worry that I had. (When you've had a bad result before, you have lots of concerns!). His confidence in his skills is reassuring, but more importantly, it is not misplaced.

Dr. Chi performed a very complicated surgery on my foot. He not only explained every detail to me in a manner I could understand and was so supportive. I will never forget how I remarked on his Harvard Medical Degree to which he replied, "Education does not make a good doctor." You could not find a better doctor in his field. The work he did was fantastic.

Dr. Thomas Chi has performed all my ankle surgeries with great care and satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and a very skilled surgeon. Without question, I would recommend him to my family and loved ones. During my past ankle surgeries, several nurses had only positive comments about Dr. Chi.

Everything with my experience with Dr. Chi and his office staff was excellent. I never had any issues scheduling an appointment with him. He was clear, concise and spent a great deal of time with me explaining the procedure and setting my expectations for post-op. He was very professional and I would have no qualms referring him to friends/family.

He was very short and superfscial and not caring or sympathetic at all. His visual outlook of me and my diagnosis was completely different than my primary doctor. I think he is way to young and money grubbing and inexperienced. I sought another professional opinion!!!

Dr. Chi is the man! I have had 6 ankle surgeries with him. The results weren't what I was anticipating but I believe he is very comitted and dedicated to the optimum output. He takes a pragmatic approach and would do anything to help his patients. Never felt that I wasn't important. Marla and Dave are great on his staff. Great Doctor and Great Person!

Dr. Chi is the best. He's done two procedures on my knee so far and we are getting ready for the third. Not because he does shoddy work but because it's what my knee requires. He is knowledgable, he is informative, he is open to options (not surgery hungry), and he is patient. I would not trust my knee to anyone else. He is the best.
