This doctor and his staff failed to find me a physical therapy provider in Muskegon before my Tricare insurance expired. Also, he cut-off my medication with no explanation or reasoning after he told me on my first visit, just to call him when I need a refill. When I asked his staff if he would fill my script, they simply said "he said no". The only reason why I can think that he would cut me off is because he thought I was abusing it. Even though I took the medication as directed and never asked for a refill earlier than I should, given the amount of meds I received. I am very unhappy with this doctor. He doesn't seem to care about my condition that affects my job, as well as my every day life.
