Unprofessional, rude, NEVER on time, and they have canceled appointments so many times. The "office" ladies actually glare at you in unison. A very unpleasant atmosphere. I am moving on. Landow must be a rather wimpy to tolerate this.

Rude and unhelpful staff; they offer no asisstance at all and are very quick to blow you off--especially J. Dr. is the same.
