Glad to see this guy retired. Scam artist, ruined my teeth with phony cavities. Another dentist saw what he had done and was furious, but said there was nothing he could do about it. A butcher.

Makes up cavities to get money. Never had a cavity before, saw him and was told I had 4. Went somewhere else for 2nd opinion and was told I had zero cavities. Same thing happened with my husband and 2 kids.

I was suppose to have a root canal and some other work done on a Tuesday. My car engine blew over the weekend and called 1st thing Monday morning to explain the situation and that I was carless and may not have my car back in time for the appointment Tuesday and what should I do. She said you have to give 2 business day cancellation notice but I was not expecting my car to breakdown over the weekend. I asked if I could reschedule and she said no and you will never be able to come here again. Now keep in mind this was my second time going to this office, have had no previous cancellations. I said you mean I am banned and she said yes. So tried to get a ride and my car still was not fixed until later in the day,so I contacted them again Tuesday morning and said I know I will be banned but wanted to call to say I would not be able to make it to the appointment and she said fine we will take you out of the system. BAM!! just like that. I understand a cancellation policy and especially if I was a repeat offender, but this was an emergency and I called first thing Monday. I really needed and wanted that appointment. I have never heard of such a thing, maybe a charge for a missed appointment or something but wow.. the thing was the hygienist was very awesome when I had exrays and cleaning and never met with the dentist. Obviously his policy and his staff is just complying with his rules but it was unthinkable.

A while back my son has to have teeth filled and was crying. Dr warnock told him to knock it off, and if he was going to act like a brat he was going to treat him like a brat. I was floored, and the hygienist apologized over and over and said she doesn't agree with the way he handlesthe things. Now, iI had appointments for my 4 kids to have cleanings, me and 3 of the children were sick so I had to cancel those and my oldest kept his appointment. What I did not expect was for Dr warnock to charge into the waiting room, in front of other patients, and YELL at my mother who took my son for me. Yelling at her about how he has hygienists that won't be getting paid now, and yelling about why my son wasn't taken somewhere else. This is by far the WORST treatment I have ever experienced in my 33 years being a patient anywhere.
