Dr. Mark Blum - This doctor repaired a filling he did 3 years prior and if failed one week after procedure. He charged my insurance company and then said I would have to pay an additional $224 to get the repair fixed. First his staffed said my insurance does not cover cosmetic fillings, but then found out they had already charged my carrier for the procedure and he was obligated to fix filling. The staff rudely escorted me out when i challenged their claim and also insulted my wife who called the practice complaining about their double charge. Not only did they lie, but they refused to fix my teeth and kicked me out of their office refusing services. I had been a patient for over 8 years and was treated like a dog over one argument over money. I suspect the are committing fraud at their location and will be reporting this practice to the dental board. BEWARE!!! Dr. Mark Blum
