19 year old son was diagnosed with bipolar disorder with very little observation and no meeting with family to discuss relevant medical history. Second opinion received at Johns Hopkins hospital -- they did not concur with Dr. Konkol evaluation. This guy just doesn't care about his patients--save your money.
