All I can say is that this man pulled my 3 teeth and I was not nb. I told him I was not numb. He reached in and started pulling my teeth as I screamed from the excruciating pain. Dr. McDonald continued pulling my teeth, yelling at me saying its only my nerves and after he finished, joking, he said, see I did not kill you. It took quite a while for the terror of all that pain to leave me. Of course this will be denied by Dr. McDonald. I went back to the dentist who sent me to Doctor McDonald to let him know what I went thru. (This dentist could not numb the infected teeth nor do he put patients to sleep. Which is why I sent to that office.

Fortunately for us but unfortunately for the poor women above we only got so far as to make an appointment with this doctor so he didn't get one penny out of us. But we sure found out what kind of person he is dealing with his staff especially withTiffany guarding his at door. They simply are not accommodating. The doctor is way more important than the patient with them and as long as you understand this they'll do with you as they please. The previous review is right on. Please go elsewhere to be treated respectfully.

This office will lie right to your face. My dentist sent me to dr, mcdonald for wisdom teeth. When i called in they said they could use my xray. Well when i got there the girl told me it couldnt be used so cost of my visit more tan doubled what they told me, 160.00! My this guy talked to me like i was an idiot, very smug. He was in the room for about 10 minutes and i didnt get a good vibe. When i was leaving i asked the girl up front why she told me they would file my insurance on the phone but now that i am here she tells me now i have to pay for my entire surgery upfront, 1800.00. She then says we do file your insurance but we dont take your insurance you have to pay the full amount upfront. Thats just a sleezy play on words. Then she asked if i wwnted to schedule, i said no thanks and i t8ld her she should have told me all this before i got here. She just sat there looking like she was doing me a favor so i just got my st6ff and walked out. Do not waste you time here.
