Refused to provide an sign language interpreter for deaf patient. Stated that he was not obligated and pen and paper would suffice. It is the LAW. How dare a doctor decide what communication method will work for a patient. Complaints have been filed with hospitals and National association of the Deaf for compliance violations. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. ARROGANT. VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER. DOES NOT SPEND MUCH TIME DURING VISIT. DISTASTEFUL WITH HIS COMMENTS. DEGRADING. IF YOU HAVE A REAL MEDICAL PROBLEM, THIS IS NOT THE DOC FOR YOU. ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!!

Dr. Khandelwal left the room to take a call shortly into the appointment. When he finally returned, he rushed through the rest of the appointment, completely ignoring any comments I made about symptoms I was having that weren't directly and obviously related to the digestive system. I will NEVER see this doctor again. I did see another gastroenterologist shortly after and I will be leaving glowing comments about him.
