Similar to other comments here, I found Dr. Horn to be a calculating sales person rather than a concerned doctor. I received an invoice for contact lenses dated the day BEFORE my fitting appointment. Ms. Horn did NOT discuss lens options with me. Rather, she ordered most expensive types and had her staff tell me I couldn't leave the office without paying nearly $400 for them the day of the fitting! The lenses did not fit correctly, with very blurred vision and quite uncomfortable. I was not informed beforehand of this seedy protocol. I have worn contact lenses for 25 years and NEVER have I been "back doored" like this before. Prior to visiting Ms. Horn's practice (notice I do not say 'doctor'), EVERY eye doctor I visited fitted me with lenses and sent me home to wear, making adjustments and paying only when I was satisfied and ordered lenses. Furthermore, staff denied me Rx copy until I reminded them by law it was my right! USED CAR SALESMANSHIP... Lies!!!

I found Dr. Horn very professional, friendly and answered my questions fully. Her staff also professional & friendly. I did not need new glasses last visit or again this time. I also like the fact that I did not have a wait to see the Doctor as I was taken care of within 7 -8 minutes of arrival. Very impressed by both Dr. Horn & staff. I would highly recommend my friends & family to Dr. Horn.

Very thorough exam and I was happy with the explanations provided about my eyes. Happy to go to a provider that takes time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending ExpertEyes to my family and friends!

I thought she had a cold demeanor, did not feel comfortable at all. When i came into the office to pick up the glasses, i had a question the office staff couldnt answer. They took my name for dr horn to call me back which she never did. Will not be going back.

We are not too thrilled with our experiences at Dr. Horn's practice, and have given up after several attempts. For starters, we can pretty much gaurantee that our prescription will change on every visit, regardless of whether our prescription has changed (as verified off-site at another practice). This means new eyeglasses EVERY time we step foot into this office. Overheard assistant telling Dr. that our child's vision was perfect, only to be told by Dr. Horn that "another correction is required," without any explanation/justification for the contrast in opinion. Furthermore, when requesting copies of prescriptions, in every instance adjustments to the numbers had to be made before I was permitted to walk out the door with a copy. It is very obvious what is happening here. This perception, combined with the lack of explanation as to the direction of our eye health, suggests we are being fleeced. We came here because of the hype, and we are leaving because of the deception.

Dr Horn & her staff have assisted me for the last 3 years. She is very knowledgeable, professional & thorough. Her staff is also very helpful & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is excellent & she has the latest in equipment. Excellent service

I honestly thought she was very rude. Her staff was rude, but not as bad as her, which is ridiculous. I went in to get contacts and didn't have the money on me to purchase them right away (fully intending to come back as soon as possible) and she came running out informing me that she wouldn't have given me the trial pair if she didn't think that I was purchasing the contacts. This is suppose to be a doctor's office, not somewhere where you're trying to get the best sales possible. She needs to learn a little about bedside manner...
