Dr Moore is not a provider for any Insurance Company. She charges much more than usual and customary charges allowed. She did not even meet me after my child's visit and had a distracted office girl present details for treatment. Although I was asked for my Insurance info well ahead of appointment, no one told me that Dr Moore was not a provider until after treatment.
