Do not use Simon Med. They do not listen to the patient, they refused o remove incorrect symptoms. Dr.Prakash missed a synovial cyst in my L3 exiting nerve root witch is causing right thigh numbness and motor weakness. I had to point it out myself after my Doctor read the report given by Dr. Prakash and said I was fine. I am not fine, I have right thigh numbness back pain and right motor weakness. I also found out I have spinal stenosis and his report said my spinal canal is normal size. He finally changed his report after I made several request to review his mistake. He had a bad attitude and smart @$$ commits on his report to cover his mistake. He still refuses to remove incorrect patient symptoms. Stay away from this radiologist, if you want good care go somewhere else.
