Knowledgeable-The Dr is very good and the nurses are always friendly and professionally, but the office staff (with the exception of a couple of people) is terribly rude. Punctuality-They never greet you with a smile when you go to the window but instead leave you to wait for several minutes almost every time. Helpfulness-They are so rude, unpleasant and unwilling to go the extra mile. I know Dr offices are busy, but some of the patients going there are too. A display of concern and helpfulness is not something that should be lacking in a Dr's office.

I like Dr. Eapen. Her office staff is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. They dress poorly and have terrible manners. Their English skills are lacking giving a very classless aire to the office, until you are greeted by the nurse. The nurses are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Eapen is absolutely the best. She is patient, thorough, and has a marvelous bed-side manner. It is a pleasure seeing her.

Dr. Eapen sees our whole family. She treats us well and I never feel rushed or like I'm asking too many questions. We are always able to get in for sick visits and she always gets back to us on the weekends when needed. Most of the staff is excellent, unfortunately one takes some warming up to.

Dr Epen is very patient and really listens. She does not rush you out and is very caring. Also, very punctual and always works with you on apt time. I will not even bother using another Dr.

As a medical provider myself, I think Dr. Eapen does a great job. You can't expect her to answer all your questions especially when most patients wait until last minute to ask them. As far as antibiotics go, most of what you people go to the doctor for anyway is viral and thus the antiobiotic won't work anyway. Try waiting a week at least before running for antibiotics. She treats when needed, listens and spends time with you. Yes, the office staff could be nicer but they are very busy.

Never going back! I was sick as a dog , horrible ear aches, coughing my brains out & she said there was nothing she could give me. Not even cough syrup! I had to go to a different dr to get treatment.

My whole family sees Dr. Eapen. We are very pleased with her. She is very caring with my children and never rushes us out. I have complete faith and trust in her ability to diagnose our medical issues and treat us well.

I do not have a problem with Dr. Eapen but her office staff is horrific! I called and talked to one lady that was very rude and treated me as though I was stupid!
