Have been going to Dr. McCook for over 7 years and find him to be attentive, well versed in new medical findings and very thoughtful.

I wouldn't take my dogs to this Dr or St.Charles medical center. I pay cash and when they hear that omg they just want you to leave. There is no personal care from either as well. If you want personal care. I suggest you save some time and look elsewhere.

Dr. McCook seems like a nice man but he absolutely doesn't listen to me as a patient. He has wrongly diagnosed me numerous times and has continued me on medications in which were not good for my well being. I'm very upset and disappointed and have been looking into a new primary care provider. Also, the front desk staff is very unfriendly and rude. His nurse on the other hand is very caring and sweet.
