Won't listen to concerns. Very rude and stubborn. Dismissive. The rest of the office staff is nice.

I was searching for a new physician and was able to get into Dr. Mailliard's office for an appointment even though I am cash pay and have had a hard time with a doctor's office accepting me because of my insurance. The staff was friendly and treated me with respect. Dr. Mailliard was extremely professional and listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I can only surmise from the bad experiences that people have commented on is in regard to their behavior and not the doctor's. I would recommend her to friends and family in a heartbeat and have been happy with the care and concern I have received from her and the office.

She was horrific. She misdiagnosed my daughter's condition. Refused to palpate the abdomen. Constantly sending her away with "its stomach flu". Once I insisted that she palpate, my daughter screamed in pain. When I insisted that something be done she said "you insurance won't pay for it" They had ASSUMED that we had access insurance because we are a multicultural family. That in and of itself is inexcusable. Once my daughter sought real help it was in a week she was at McGee Women's hospital having a 2 our operation to remove the cysts that had WRAPPED around my daughters tubes torquing them! She could have been infertile or worse as a result of this poor treatment. When I informed the staff months later..she called me and said we could never go to her again and even with emergencies we could never see her. She then yelled at me over the phone that I had no right to address her diagnosis. How she continues to practice is a medical mystery.

Horrible doctor. Was great the first two times I met with her then when I'd ask questions I found her not willing to listen. She was stubborn -- gave me the wrong diagnosis (luckily I got a second opinion from someone with skills). Very negative about her staff and even was negative about the community. Bad experience. Learned many of my neighbors had similar experience. Would NOT recommend her to a friend!
