The staff itself is very helpful, except the older lady up front. She is rude, lazy, and unprofessional: including gossips about other patients, and says our ( the patient's) business out loud to where every one else can hear, and treats you like you are less than her. If they had some one else up front or if she changed her attitude, many more people/patients would visit Dr. Mora. Yet, overall the rest of the staff is lovely.

The office hours indicate 8:00am to 5:00 pm but the closing hour are really 4:00 pm. They stop taking patients at 4:00 I think Dr. mora should change the hours to reflect the actual time that he will see patients. The hours on the door are very deceiving. I got in the door at 4:30 and was turned away. Very disappointed with the way it was handled.

The older lady n the front thats been there yrs is a nightmare. She was rude and lazy and charged me quit a bit even though i was dual covered, one ins being medicaid.
