Waiting time was insignificant for appointments - Dr. Pope took time to answer all questions and give his opinion as to best treatment - Dr. Pope took great care during a heart cauterization.

The doctor is competent but his office staff is determined to save money for the office at the expense of the patient. This has extended to even getting a transfer copy of a patient's records. The office manager/staff have decided to implement the least expensive method for their purposes while transferring all costs to the patient. When asked about the cost amount of the copy service, the staff would not even open the record to review and reply. I would avoid at all costs and find another in this field who might provide superior service to the patient.
