Dr Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable but the front staff and services were not. Signs all over waiting room gave a very cold unprofessional and unwelcome presence. Large letters notes as 'WRITE LEGIBLE'
'PUT PENS BACK IN HOLDER'
'DO NOT TOUCH TV CONTROLS'
DO NOT TAKE MAGAZINES FROM WAITING ROOM'
felt like I was in a homeless free clinic.
He needs a new office manager with customer service training.
