I had breast augmentation a little over a year ago and the end result was not even near what I expected.. I had gel implants placed under the muscle and was advised to wait up to a year to see them fully drop. Since day one my husband and I noticed that the implants were a little too high and appeared to be fuller on the top half. We were told that this was normal as both breasts would be swollen for a few days. To make a long story shorter I can't wear any dresses, no tube tops and no bathing suit for me. Upper top is fuller than the lower bottom giving them the look of a pear upside down.. I have also compared them with other friends gel implants and mine tend to be the hardest ones.. During the first stages I also had a capsule forming around both breasts and despite the intense massage the results of the hardness never changed. The staff was great and Dr Rau very knowledgeable but as far as the end results I was totally disappointed.. Denysee C.

i had done extensive research before choosing dr rau for rhinoplasty. i talked to a few doctor friends and they all recommended him. they were right. a great plastic surgeon who is extremely attentive and always answered my questions.simply he is very good at what he does

I chose Dr. Todd Rau for my lipo procedure for several reasons. First, he is a board certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery which gives me assurance that I am getting the best care for my medical needs. I know I can trust him! In addition, his staff members were caring, reassuring and very friendly. The office was very organized and the wait times were always minimal. As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Rau was, attentive, compassionate and a good listener. You can expect a high degree of professionalism from Dr. Rau and his office staff. I have a low pain threshold but after the procedure, I had minimal pain with zero complication. I was able to go back to my normal activities after a week! I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Rau to all my friends and family. He is very talented, skilled, and knowledge - the best plastic surgeon in town!
