In April 2021 amd April 2022, Dr Molina did partial knee replacements for me. First, in left knee, then right knee. Back to work after PT at Improved Theraphy in Kan City. Dr. Molina and his staff were informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

I met Dr Molina in December for eval and had a Rt total knee in January. PT in hospital on day of surgery and next day before I returned home.
Then outpatient PT the next day with in ten weeks had full range of motion without pain.
I am having my Lt knee done this coming January with full confidence in him and his staff.

Dr Molina repaired my broken leg wonderfully and a few years later repaired my torn rotator cuff. I would have no other orthopedic doctor work on my body

Molina is a terrible doctor. Dry personality, conceited, dismissive, and uncaring/apathetic. My aunt died when he sent her home early after surgery. I had a feeling his arrogance was unwarranted. He does surgeries like McDonalds does hamburgers. He’s a quantity-over-quality kind of doctor, and I highly recommend choosing another one. Your life may depend on it.

Very rude, very arrogant doctor. I was so put off by Dr Molina that I called another doctor as soon as I got to my car and scheduled an appointment with them. I’ll never go back to Molina.

Most surgeons want to operate right away, but he advised my husband to wait as long as possible because new technology is constantly being FDA-approved and might bring options we were looking for.

Dr. Molina performed a total shoulder replacement on my left shoulder. He was as professional as I could have expected. My recovery was short and pain-free. I was so impressed with his skill and manner that I had him replace my right shoulder in Feb. of this year. Again my recovery has been short and pain-free. He’s skillful and totally honest about the effort it takes to get a successful outcome. I would highly recommend him for whatever orthopedic surgery needed. Michael Vigilante 5/7/2021

I would not recommend Dr Molina to anyone. My mother put her faith in him, to do a hip replacement, and lost her life as a result. He did one hip replacement and kept her in the hospital for 72 hours before discharging her. The very next year, he replaced her other hip, and discharged her exactly 25 hours after the surgery was completed. No one told us that she would be discharged so quickly the second time. They sprang that on us at the very last moment. My mother had a horrible headache and BEGGED them not to send her home. He didn’t care. Thomas Hospital didn’t care. They told us they needed her bed for another patient he was seeing, and sent her home... 25 hours after having her hip sawed off and replaced. Well, she died the very next day, because she was essentially thrown outta the hospital on her backside, and told to deal with it herself. No sorries, no condolences... nothing. She was 57 years old. On top of that, he was immensely condescending, pompous, and arrogant. So take this into consideration when you think about using this doctor. It could be the deciding factor between life and death!

Dr. Molina deserves the excellent reputation he enjoys. He replaced both of my hips within 6 months of each other and both surgeries were wildly successful. I was mobile within days and free of pain I suffered for years. He is very skilled in anterior hip replacement, a surgical technique that avoids cutting muscle, resulting in greatly hastened recovery for the patient. The technique requires greater skill of the surgeon which Dr. Molina has mastered. He provided the best medical care I have received in my 60 years. I recommend him without reservation. A “doctor’s doctor.”

Listens to problems & explains options. You may have a wait in office, but the wait is worth the care.
