I had to cancel a appointment with this agency, they called to confirm my appointment I was a Lutheran hospital I had just found out my grandmothers breast cancer had spread to her stomach and brain. I told them I couldn't keep the appt. I was a caregiver to my Grandma till she passed. I called back to schedule a appt. A lady answered the at this doctors office I explained why I had to cancel the appt and she told me I can never be seen there again after I HAD to cancel the appt. Shame on you people I feel bad for your patients your business is uncaring and rude. I will post this on every review of this business so people know who they are giving there money to!
