dr. ruddy is hands down the best. not alot of chiros do active release therapy this helps way more then regular adjustments do in my opinion. the guy is blessed at being good at what he does. He helps in person then also gives you homework on certain stretches to help with the area causing discomfort. i recommend him 24/7
