Dr. Czako is great took care of me right away. I will use him again.

My husband was looking for a new primary care physican. He will absolutely never go back. He would take no time with my husband and his concerns. Typical arrogant doctor. Also the billing was totally mishandled. The wrong procedure was billed, so the insurance did not pay. I requested that it be rebilled, and it was, but with the SAME procedure. Did not hear from them or get a bill for six plus months, then got a collection notice.

I dont even know what to write. Dr. Czako is completely unprofessional and rude. The receptionist was rude, and the appointment was a waiste of our time. He is the epidemy of the typical Dr, full of himself and a complete ****. Seriously.....this guy is full of****. The nurses are very helpful however. I still would not reccommend that anyone go there unless you cracked your skull open right outside of their office and you were bleeding out and didnt have time to go else where. Seriously, find another med stop or urgent care and avoid STAT at all costs.

This so called Doctor's staff quoted one price but then this so called Doctor would not do a thing for me unless I paid 3 times the quoted price in cash before ANYTHING was done for me. This Doctor did not inform me that I could do this in steps or set up payment or do some work at a later date. NO! All cash for all work that may be done in advance. I really felt like this was a scam and I was not given ANY choice for treatment. What an unprofessional office, I left with no treatment. I will find a Physician that cares and will work with me, A professional.

Excellent! A doctor that actually spends time with you, and makes you feel comfortable!!! Unbelievably refreshing to know that they're still out there. Not too bad of a wait for the amount of people that were there, either. I would highly recommend Dr. Czako and his staff. Doctor was highly knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Thanks.

just a general yearly check-up. rude receptionist. ignoring me till I asked them to help. waiting way too long; almost an hour the first visit. when I called weeks later for results, they said I had to come in for them, they couldn't give them to me on the phone. (another office charge)... when I got there, they had me wait for at least 45 minutes and when I finally got in with the doctor he asked, puzzled, why I was there!!! I told him I was told that I had to come in to get the results of my lab work.. he said "Oh, let me see... there all normal. Bye." $90.00!!! When I complained to the bookeeper, his wife!, she said "that's our policy.... and if you don't like it, too bad! so sue me!" First time in my whole life I had such a terrible and unprofessional experience.
