I went to Dr. Greene because I needed a quick appointment for my contact renewal. I was quoted one price and paid in full my deductible, but then was sent additional bills. I also wasn't allowed to come in and pick up my contacts without trying them on. They gave me an appt 3 wks away! I have always been allowed to pick up my contacts and wear them to try them for awhile before I told the dr if they were the right fit, but this was not the case with Dr. Greene. My decision had to be made on the spot. I also felt Dr. Greene was rude in answering my questions about vision. She criticized my usual place and told me I had the wrong prescription. She said one of my eyes went to a advanced level and I had to get a special contact for that eye which cost over $100 more. Funny, because I could see better with my previous script over the one she gave me. I was also charged extra for wanting my scrip to order online through my ins instead of using them at a much higher rate. Avoid this place.

I was not comfortable in this office. While taking the eye exam I could hear the doctor constantly sighing as if I were taking too long or she was in a rush. I will not return.
