She has a great bedside manner and is very personalbe. She is my mom's doctor and I go with my mom to her doctor's visit because she is unable to drive anymore. My mom has been in severe pain in her hand for several months and I've tried to ask Dr. Beidler repeatedly to prescribe something for my mom's pain. All she does is give her Alieve and that's not working. She is finally being sent to have an MRI on her hand but nothing happens if I ask for her to be given something so she's not severe pain. my mom is 61 and has never had a problem with abusing drugs (she never ever drank alcohol her whole life) and they treat her like she's going to abuse pain meds! It is ridiculous!

I complained numerous times about leg pain/numbness. When I finally insisted that something other then Vitamin D be done, I was sent for a MRI of the lower back. I then called four times for my results and was finally told that I needed to see a Neurosurgeon. I called and setup an appointment, two days later someone called from practice and said that I am to be seen ASAP by a Neurosurgeon and when she called to schedule it, she was told that an appointment was already scheduled. She then asked who scheduled it - I DID. I was never offered to have that call made for me. It was for 1 month later, so the doctor was to call the specialist and try to get me in earlier. That was on a Wed, I called my doctor on Tues and she wasn't in, but she still did not make that call. The nurse called me on Thurs afternoon after the specialist called me, to tell me that I have an appt the following day. Needless to say the Neurosurgeon informed me that I should be seeing a Neurologist NOT a Neurosurgeon.

You are lucky she moved to your area! She used to be in Phoenixville, PA and she was my dr. I was so upset when she left! She is an excellent doc! I did manage to find someone just as good but it was quite a challenge. Not that many good docs out there!
