Had been to two other doctors in the past two years. I was told I was "old" and still "functional" by one. The other said I needed to exercise more....while I'm exercising every day for an hour and a half. He was sooo much more thorough, soo much more informative. Incredibly happy with my short visit. He immediately saw the issues I was having and explained them. Yes, I did have to wait a little bit to be seen, which i have happen at other doctors as well, but I have waited for years to have someone who could identify the problems and can and will fix them. And my things are simple ones! As far as the receptionist being rude or impolite as some reviews have stated, she is to the point. I see this as efficiency. Business first. Then, after that was done she was very friendly and helpful. But I certainly don't want to complicate her day because she has a lot to get done....and works 6 days a week. Thank you so very much! Never been more pleased with a Dr. visit!

Dr. H is the best. I have had 5 surgeries performed by him and each has caused me no further problems. He has a great staff that is in tune with your needs. The therapists are the best and explain every thing to you. I would recommend him to anyone and I have to alot of my friends.

Had surgery six months ago. Still in pain and very swollen. Went for a check up and waited 3 hours. I left. We'll find another doctor for my botch surgery!

Excellent staff. All of them. After a surgeon at UH told me my knee wasn't worth the arthroscopic surgery, I went for a 2nd opinion. Dr. H did the surgery and I'm very happy with the results. It's been 3 years and I'm biking & walking like it never happened, and I'm 68. Make an appt.

left knee replace, back repair other Doctors said I would never walk again average 25 miles week, right shoulder, right knee scope O.A. need right knee replaced. now will return to Dr. Hergenroeder for replacement

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a 3 min. Rushed, didn't care visit. Hard to know knowledge when he doesn't go over anything!

He's got an excellent practice & staff. Specializing in activity whether sport or just day to day function. Very systematical and passionate about orthopedics. Has a very large number of joint surgeries under his belt. All business and his staff in in sync and place functions as a whole. They are going to go above and beyond most expectations. If u care legitimately about how u turn out after surgery they're pros and will guide the way.

This surgeon is the very best around for his abilities, bedside manner, and punctuality. His staff and his timing is impeccable for appointments and physical therapy. I've has shoulder/impingement surgery, knee surgery, and carpel tunnel surgery with him. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff AFTER all three experiences. He is the best around!

He's not always on time, but when he sees you, he never rushes. Knee and elbow done by him and no regrets. Staff is great! You just need to relax and learn to wait - it's all worth it!
