Probably the only doctor's office where they give you the same respect patients give doctors--using your title+last name(Ms.Smith). I asked Dr. Co about it and he said he does it as a means of respect for his patients. Probably waited 15-20 mins. Not too bad. He seemed to actually LISTEN. That was nice and even did some back and forth about my family and his. He was good at establishing a sense of trust and rapport. The other important aspect is he appeared very knowledgeable and told me my choices in trying to diagnose the problem. One option was very laid back "wait and see" and the other very proactive (brain MRI). I liked that he asked ME about what I wanted to do about MY healthcare, but was also willing to provide advice and direction when asked. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. (Also, his staff, for the most part, seemed just as courteous and respectful).
