Dr. Z is top notch. I have been going to him for 30 years!!! He is just 60 now, and he is well-trained/experienced in crowns, fillings, bonding, and will even to the occasional non-complicated root canal if he feels a specialist is not needed. However, he has no problem referring you to a specialist for your dental needs if that is warranted. He is gentle too--he gives an almost painless shot by using a topical gum numbing agent first, then by injecting a tiny bit of novocaine at the immediate insertion. Also, his hygiensist Lisa is the absolute best. In addition to the ultrasonic water pick, Lisa uses hand implements to give you the cleanest possible gums/teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Z and his staff to you.
