Of all the eye doctors I have seen Dr Gasl has been the best. Extremely helpful great Dr /Pt manner always answers your questions so it's easy to understand. Great and friendly staff. Been going to him for years now and won't change. In my opinion he's one of the best optometrist out there.

Dr Gaal is a great dr .it took a visit to him to find out I had cataracts. Went to several drs just gave me the same glasses,when I didn't need them.staff is very nice and professional.

After taking time off work and coming to the appointment the receptionist advised me they did not take my insurance. I told her I advise them of my insurance when I called and made the appointment and she told me “well you should have checked with your insurance.” Isn’t that her job? On top of wasting my time they were also extremely unprofessional and rude I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have seen Dr. Gaal for several years, and have always been very pleased. Wait times are a little longer than I'd prefer, but I feel that Dr. Gaal takes as much time with patients as they need, so am willing to wait for him.

I've gone to Dr Gaal on and off for years and he's always been good. He is separate from Lens Crafter's, just so we're aware those aren't his staff.

Terrible. I went thru 2 months of terror trying to get proper glasses. I had 3 sets made at different optical centers and none worked. So I decided to try my prescription from last year and it worked fine. Dr. Gaal made my my prescription way to strong. What a waste of money.

Dr. Gaal is an outstanding optometrist. However, his staff is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. The office manager is worse than his technicians. Apparently her duaghter also works there and they were fighting at the front desk in front of a full waiting room. If Dr. Gaal would do some restaffing he would be the best in the area!

Dr. Gaal is a very knowledgeable man. He was good about explaining what he was doing. He asked me questions pertinent to my vision situation and directed me to an occularist who could make me a new prosthesis. Would highly reccommend.
