Impacted lower wisdom teeth, had all 4 removed. I'm a former US Marine, and the only phobia in the world I ever had was dental work. I was referred to Dr Dupree through my regular Dentist. At my consultation, Dr Dupree took the time to talk to me, calm my fears, and to answer any and all questions I had. Because of my fear / phobia, I opted to have an IV sedation. I must admit, the day before, and the morning of, I was nervous... extremely nervous. Dr Dupree came in and greeted me and gave a rough explanation of how the procedure was to go, and started my IV. He told me he'd be back in a minute and we'd get started. (I think he could tell I was nervous in the chair) Next thing I know, I wake up in recovery. Didn't even count me down to put me out. THAT WAS THE BEST. I never really had a chance to get squeemish and chicken out. I'm 28 and wish I would have had this done YEARS ago rather than put it off and deal with the infections. Recovery was a breeze; Painless.
