I feel like the practice is more about trying to sell glasses than eye care

Horrible experience. The doctor was very nonchalant and uncaring to my needs and the female associate in the lobby has the worst customer service I've experienced in any doctor's office. The male associate in the lobby seemed to be the only person with a positive attitude. I would not recommend this office.

**NOT RECOMMENDED** Doctor Bender is nice optometrist! However, the front office staff is very rude at times, unorganized, unprofessional and immature.

Their office is wonderful. Very helpful, and always trying to help you save money.

There is no "below 0" rating or I would have used it. Went to see this person and her associate on two separate visits about 4 mos. apart as I was having weird spots in my vision. Both told me nothing was wrong. Sensing that there WAS a problem, I went to an opthalmologist who diagnosed me with retinal cancer. Apparently, it was not obscured, but very obvious with a routine exam. By that time, it had grown to the point where it was borderline for removal of the eye. My eye was saved, but I beg you to avoid this practice at all costs.
