Got a BA done with Dr. Rand and the whole experience has been wonderful! I felt genuinely heard and cared for from all the staff and my follow ups have been great. I absolutely love what he has done. Dr. Rand actually gave me some beautiful breasts and has changed my life! Would recommend him to everyone!

I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Rand and it has changed my life! His work is detailed, skilled, and perfection. I would highly recommend Dr Rand to anyone looking to get a breast augmentation. He is the most professional Doctor I have ever been to and hands down, the best in his field!!!

I am specifically ranking Dr.Rand, he is so technically amazing I cannot believe anything but good rankings. I came to him with a very challenging body, I didn't love that my body changed after kids and weight loss but Dr.Rand helped me understand how these changes effect what I was hoping for from surgery. My body was like a broken down car before surgery and now I'm looking like a shiny new Corvette!!!

Couldn't rate Dr. Rand's office as high as I'd love too. He ranks 110% in his care, his personal phone call to my husband the night of my surgery, the care in my after surgery visits is amazing. I was prepared for surgery I wasn't prepared for all the kindnesses I received through the entire process!!!! Dr. Rand and his team made me feel very special and my surgery results are excellent!!!

This review is specifically regarding Dr. Richard Rand. In short - I would not recommend his breast augmentation services to anyone... in fact, I beg you to stay away!

In our initial consultation, Dr. Rand was incredibly detailed and professional. He explained the risks, but ensured us that my breasts were very symmetrical and that they were a best case scenario for breast augmentation. He also described how other plastic surgeons are not as detailed or as methodical and that choosing another doctor could result in uneven breasts, capsular contracture, etc.

My husband and I ultimately chose Dr. Rand due to his rating on Top Doctors as well as his detailed approach (basically his sales pitch). He was relatively more expensive than other surgeons, but we felt that choosing the right surgeon was paramount.

After the surgery, my husband and I were incredibly upset due to the lopsided or uneven look and feel of my new breasts. We discussed this with Dr. Rand at our first postoperative appointment. He said that over time the breasts will even out and look great.

One year later the unevenness was more prominent - and the scar was still dark and had not improved much (if at all). We set another appointment with him to review - this time he blamed the unevenness of my breasts - the same breasts that he originally said were very symmetrical and a best case scenario. We asked him if there was anything he could do to fix the issues - his answer was to re-perform the surgery... of course at our expense!

Again, I would not recommend Dr. Richard Rand's breast augmentation services to anyone... please stay away!

Went to Dr. Rand for a breast augmentation. If you want to have someone try 3 times to TRY and get it right go ahead and gamble. I finally decided to not be stupid, and cancel his third attempt. He was rude and still hasn't refunded my my thousands of dollars he owes me. I cancelled within the terms of my contract. I keep getting the run around after about 30 days. Please anyone thinking about plastic surgery do not go and see this doctor. Save yourself an awful experience.

I had heard that Dr. Rand was the best so I had him do my breast augmentation. After healing, I had two large red 3 inch bumpy scars halfway up the underside of each breast. He told me that it was my body and the implants had sunk. He talked me into another surgery where I only had to pay about $1700 instead of the first $6K surgery. He said he would remove the scars, use different sutures and anchor the scars in the crease. Endured this second painful surgery and recovery but it still didin't work, I have big red visible scars part way up my breasts, but they are a little lower. He recommended some laser treatments, they didn't really help so he recommended make-up or a third surgery. I cannot in good faith recommend him.

I felt the need to write about how wonderful my experience has been with Dr. Rand after reading a couple of unfavorable reviews here before my surgery that almost put me off having it. I am very, VERY happy with the results of my BA and Breast lift. Dr. Rand did an amazing job, has an impeccable bedside manner and has always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I have had post operatively. I met with multiple surgeons before I decided to go with Dr. Rand, and I have no doubt that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend him. His credentials and expertise are unparalleled, and as a bonus, he has a very kind, gracious and generous bedside manner. You are in very good and safe hands with this doctor and his excellent staff.
