Been trying to call the office to set up an appointment. Not excepting calls? How do I get in touch?

We have been trying to call this office for over a week. The phon number provided is never accepting calls. We just need to make an appointment

Staff is unfriendly, running two hours behind, rude on the phone and not willing to help in anyway. Have been with them for a few years but last incident would not recommend and will never go back

They do not check insurance coverage they say yes we take your insurance then help you pick glass that are not covered by insurance you presented them and they tell you yes they are covered. Then 2 weeks after you are wearing glass you get a bill for over 100.00 more and they are arrogant about you have to pay even though you were misinformed. Also, they refuse to let you talk to doctor Stewart about their mistake. Please beware when going to them. Nice until the screw you.

His staff was extremely knowledgeable and Dr. Stewart was more then efficient. They really knew everything about my insurance and many others, I overheard them speaking to several different people about their insurance companies and all questions were answered. They were all great in helping my pick out my glasses too, and they had a wide variety of frames. I will DEFINATELY go back!! Thanks Dr. Stewart and Staff!
