Having worked around Dr. Rao, I can tell you what I know from a coworker stand-point. I will not discuss what credentials I have, or where I knew her, but I will say that she is one of the most rude doctors I have met. She has some-what good bedside manner with her patients but she comes across as prissy. As a coworker, she acts like she gets offended if you even look at her, let alone breathe around her, especially if she doesn’t care for you. She acts as if everyone is beneath her. She acts completely annoyed when someone random (even a patient’s family member) comes up to her to talk or ask a question.
Overall, not a fan. I’ve heard good and bad reviews from patients.

I am a RN and have a good knowledge in the health profession. Dr. Rao was the worst doctor I have ever been to. She was not helpful at all and I would not even take my cat to her.

She took my records and lied. I have never felt so let down in my life. would rather suffer in bed then be subjected to this so called DR!
