Instead of realizing I needed reading glasses, Dr. Sterling became very frustrated and rude when my eye sight became unstable during multiple exams. He gave me wildly varying prescriptions within a few weeks. I emailed recently about a contact lense credit I had at his office (he said he could have me seeing with contact lenses - he couldn't even get me in glasses). His reply email was shockingly rude as it had been a few years. I'm pleased to report that the fantastic team at CUNY eye center got me in reading glasses and wearing monovision contacts (eliminating the need for two pairs of glasses! woo!).
