Dr. Fulmer took a good deal of time to examine my condition carefully before making any assessment. Once he had observed me, conversed with me, examined x-rays, and listened to previous diagnoses, he took the time to explain his analysis and make certain I understood it. He made my orthodics personally (other podiatrists leave it to their staff) and recommended physical therapy. Once again, he took his time in briefing the therapists on my condition and his recommendations. Under his care I recovered more mobility than I thought possible, and I no longer need a podiatrist. That's the strongest endorsement anyone can make, in my opinion.
