I agree with another comment that she lets personal feelings get in the way of treatment. We're told to be proactive as patients, but this doctor does not like being questioned. The staff does not follow through on calling in prescriptions.

By far the one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. I would not refer her to an enemy

Dr.Stooke was my doctor and I left her practice . It was a big mistake and wish I would have stayed(my husband and boys wanted a male doc). I read the reviews and can NOT believe that she said things like that. I knew her for along time and she is the sweetest, mostcaring person I ever met. She never over charged us on labs and office visits (for our family). She is very caring and compassionate! We miss her

I am an amputee, and Dr.Stooke never helped me when I was having problems with my prosthetic arm. When I used to go her office, the staff called me a "one armed freak" which upset me, since I was getting used to life with one arm. It took her three hours to decide to treat me in her office. When she finally saw me, she ijnored every question that I asked her and she told me "if you`re having all these problems and emotional problems, you should kill yourself." She even daid that phantom limb pain didn`t exist. I do not recomend this doctor to anyone! Thank you.

When we retired we bougth a motor home ans traveled alot, we came home in april and october to see family and for routine docotr visits. I had several medical problems including diverticlitis, hig blood pressure, and colitis. I tried to keep a record of problems and concerns to take with me to the docote. Many articles I have read say to write down your concerns and bring them with you so you don't forget. My lists were not long, usually 3-5 concerns. She came in one day on a really bad mood and informed me she did not have time to spend going over all my concerns each time AI came in. I took that to mean she did not have time for me and abruptly changed doctors. When I did go to her my visits were always brief, she spent very little time explaining anything to me.
