First of all, Dr. Bouligny is no longer located in New Orleans. He now practices at the Fichman Eye Center which is headquartered in Manchester, CT and has other offices in the Hartford, CT area.

Some negative points:

1) I was told all services were available at all offices. This was not true. Some services, and one that I needed, are only available at Manchester.

2) Dr. Bouligny twice postponed my appointments yet chastised me for doing so for one.

3) Despite the fact that I mentioned specific things concerning the focusing distance of my glasses RX, he ignored my wishes and wrote for the wrong one. This resulted in my glasses having to be remade.
