I am only giving the bad review because of the secretary with the black hair. I have had 4 appointments now and at every appointment she has been totally rude and short. She refused to take our copay because she had an attitude over us not wanting to pay more than the copay. The other office lady is great . She is very sweet and helpful. I was scheduled for surgery and called the office to get payment and insurance taken care of and the rude lady answered. She informed me that she was not going to change the coding for insurance just for me. Then she argued with me about why I had the doctors visit and why insurance the insurance billing was coded wrong. I told her that if we couldn’t get the insurance straightened out that I would have to just cancel my surgery she was very blatantly rude and laughed and said whatever I wanted to do.
She said she wasn’t gonna change anything to accommodate me .
The doctors personal nurse called me she’s very very sweet very very nice very very helpful. but I had to cancel my surgery because of the office lady. I don’t think that it’s right for anybody to have to be treated that way, and I don’t feel comfortable going into the office now. It’s pretty sad that a doctor loses his clients based on the behavior, actions and attitudes of the office help! shame shame shame on that secretary. The clients are the ones paying her wages and she is treating them very wrong.

From my first visit this doctor suggested me to have the surgery for my Mortons neuroma foot, wish I would go to the other doctor and got just othopedic insoles instead. I would never do this surgery if knew the possible complications, nobody warned me there might be problems, I was promised to walk without of pain but it turned out I’m feeling worse than before surgery. And the records I got from their clinic were a poor indication of my real condition, they show I had no complains at all, it's not truth . After 4 months from surgery am in more pain than was before it. Never go there, he is just after money, not his patients!!!

Dr. Haste has been my doctor for 10 years. He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. He is the only one I trust to take care of my feet. His nurse is the best!

Non professional physician. Always rescheduling appointments and then having huge wait periods due to reschedule. Been in office when he smelled of alcohol. Prefers to go the way route for treating a problem.

I think he is the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever been to. He did not correct the problem I first went to see him for and majically found a different problem. I am in the process of finding a REAL doctor now. I have more respect for my Veterinarian than for this "Doctor"

I went to Dr Haste to have him fix the severe problems I have with my foot. I had previously seen a different doctor before I moved that told me I needed to have an extendor put in my tendon due to my tendon is to tight. Instead of doing that surgery and removing my heal spur he only removed my heal spur. So here I am a year later with worse foot problems then I had before and now am going to have to have a second surgery to fix what should of been fixed in the first place. I am now going to have to take even more time off work and loose more money to have the second surgery. I still am unable to wear tennis shoes and I can barely walk up and down my stairs in my house at this point. I am very disappointed in this entire process. Walking is a huge part of me and I can barely do that. When I do walk I limp extremely bad and I am in horrible pain. I wish he would of fixed the problem to begin with and I wouldn't be in this position today.
