The worst doctor! Not willing to listen... maybe if I had more money, she would have been more caring.

My 17 year old daughter and I both were really happy to find Dr. Helen John-Kelly. She is so knowledgeable about the digestive system, as well as looking at the whole body to find answers to my daughters cronic abdominal pain and constipation. She recommended medication and practices that none of the many other doctors in the last four years that we have been to did. Her expert guidance has helped my daughter better control her symptoms. We never felt rushed as the doctor listened to the long history and details of my daughter’s many health issues. I was impressed with the amount of time we were able to spend with her, many doctors only want to hear about the one ailment that is bothering you the most, but again, Dr. John-Kelley looks at the body as a whole system, as should be the case by all doctors but sadly is generally not.

Dr. John-Kelly is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly and to the point. I can see how some may think she may be aggressive, but I appreciate her honesty and frankness. She did not beat around the bush. She was very clear. She was also very sympathetic and kind and treated my 15 year old with love and care. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor that will be honest and have integrity. If you are looking to be coddled, maybe not.

waited forever for her to rush through our visit. She recited something she probably had memorized for all her patients and didn't want to listen to what we had to say regarding the problem. She left and said she would send a nurse in before discharging my child. We waited about 40 mins before deciding to just leave since she probably forgot about us. A totally different doctor helped explain the prescription to us and led us to check out. SHE WAS THE WORST. No personality or personal skills!!

She's not very helpful or knowledgeable. She made my child cry multiple times because she is way too aggressive and rude. She is honestly one of the worst doctors I've ever experienced. I'm so glad we have moved on from her.

Dr John-Kelly has excellent bed side manners and put my 5 year old and myself at ease. She explained everything in detail and was happy to answer all my questions. She is also very through and kind. I highly recommend her!
