Had the normal eye exam and picked out the frames. Came back a week later after they called to let me know my glasses were in. Came in to the office and the alarm on the door notifed the staff of my entry but they were in the back having a good time as the Dr. apparently had gone for the day. Left after 20 minutes and called to get my glasses mailed to me. They came in and could not use them as one lense was out of focus. Had to go to another place to get this corrected. I liked Dr Randle but his staff was terrible.
