I have a lot of difficulty with a doctor who is kind toward the patients, but very rude, hostile, bossy, and bullies her staff and fellow employees. She puts on a great face for the public, but she really is a bully to other people. I have heard she has a drinking problem and marital problems. I also know first hand she is disrespectful and unkind to anyone who does not agree with her or treat her like she is a god. Arrogance and bullying is very unbecoming of a surgeon. How you treat your co-workers etc is just as important as how you treat patients. I give her a zero for her professionalism or lack there of. Just because you put on a nice face for patients, but then treat your co-workers with contempt and disrespect does not make you a good doctor. I think she should be removed from her job immediately for creating an abusive and hostile working environment for others.
