This place is a joke. After Dr Cha left they replaced him with another dr without ever letting me know Dr Cha left. This Dr doesnt care about your pain .just want to take all your meds away without any other solution to the problem. No injection just wants to push Pyshical therapy on me. They dont answer the phone so trying to reschedule a appointment in a timely manner is impossible.Then they lie and say you never called after I talked to someone several times. Then want to charge you $25 for late cancellation. And hound you for it.Call people liars bad attitudes. They need to shut thus olace down!! Horrible!

If you or a loved one suffers from CRPS (chronic regional pain syndrome), look elsewhere. My wife was referred here by another “doctor” and contracted spinal meningitis after an outpatient revision of her spinal chord stimulator lead, resulting in a hospitalization. My wife contacted the receptionist / assistant to inquire about a prescription refill only to be treated like a junkie, addict, drug seeker. When my wife questioned her behavior, she then threatened to contact the DEA!?!?!? This was after Dr. Cha gave her numerous prescriptions. What kind of facility is this and how are they still in operation? The knowledge and treatment of CRPS/RSD in the Midwest is horrendous.

My mom came with me for a nerve block cause I'm having the same problems that she had at my age. I never got a reminder call so I ate so they said I couldn't have sedation that my mom said I should and was asking questions cause no one explained anything. When my mother asked for information sheets about the procedure and everything else they said they only have a sheet for aftercare instructions. Well I made an appointment to actually talk about what would be done and have it explained but shortly after that I got a voice mail saying that he's discharging me as a patient. Ok also why would I get that injection when my physical therapy is starting to help? Wow, something tells me I'm dodging a bullet letting him touch me

Good doctor....bad office staff. They basically accused me of lying about when I called in a prescription refill. I think whoever runs his office confused me for a junkie that NEEDS the medication she is in absolute control of. This seems to be a common problem among the people posting on this site. Dr. Cha...you lost a good paying customer due to your office staff's inability to do right by your patients. If I were running a business, customer care would come first. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have only been to doctor Cha on one occasionwhich is my first visitthe staff seem to be very busy but had it under controlI was right in didn't have to wait longhe knew about me and my illnesses and injuriescomparing me with them and asked me about themhe has to examine my backI want to my handhad me going for an MRIto see where my Pakistan from now and the last MRI I took about seven years agohe seems friendlywill see on my next appointment goes on Friday

He's rude, doesn't pay attention to you or look at you! He wants to do shots wherever he can and the staff are rude!!! . The manger there is clearly in happy with her job as well. Sorry but who waits in a waiting room full of people who can't talk or function because they are so drugged. He never gives eye contact. Let's just sum up the fact that he is a jerk and seems to not care about your pain problems. He wants you in and out. He's only in it for the money and that unfortunately is beyond sad. There are people out their like me who have real debilitating pain and we need help, empathy, and some understanding. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PAIN DR. he's a horrible horrible inconsiderate man.
